Epoxy.com™ PolymericF 100% Solids Solid Colored Polymer Flooring System
GENERAL DESCRIPTION Product PolymericF a two component, 100% solids Pigmented Polymeric Flooring Resin used for high indoor traffic areas where abrasion resistance is required; for protection against mild corrosion; and as a solid colored industrial flooring system. PolymericF is blended with select silica sands used as a workhorse industrial flooring system.
ADVANTAGES
SURFACE PREPARATION Surface must be clean and sound. Remove all dirt, laitance, grease, curing compounds, and other foreign matter by sandblasting, shot blasting, Epoxy.com Dust Free Grinding System, or other mechanical abrasion. Remove water and dust from all surfaces with an oil-free blast or vacuum immediately prior to application.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS Temperature of Product PolymericF must be 50 degrees F or above at time of mixing. Stir each component separately before blending. Mix two parts by volume of Part A with one part by volume of Part B for three minutes with a low speed electric drill motor equipped with a mixing paddle.
APPLICATION Apply Product PolymericF with a roller, brush, or trowel at a thickness as required to provide the required thickness. Then broadcast with select dry silica sand. When dry Topcoat with a neat coating of Epoxy.com PolymericF.
LIMITATIONS DO NOT apply at temperatures below 40 degrees F. Surface must be dry.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Prolonged or repeated exposure may cause eye and skin irritation. If contact occurs, wash immediately and seek medical help. Use safety glasses with side shields and wear protective rubber gloves.
CLEANING All tools and equipment should be cleaned before the system gels. Use MEK, Acetone, or any lacquer solvent.

If any product fails to meet this warranty, the liability of Epoxy.com will be limited to replacement of any non-conforming material if notice of such non-conformity is given to Epoxy.com within the warranty period for the material (as indicated above), or within 1 year of the delivery of materials (whichever is sooner). Epoxy.com may in its discretion refund the price received by Epoxy.com in lieu of replacing the material. No customer, distributor, or representative of Epoxy.com is authorized to change or modify the published specifications of this warranty in any way. No one is authorized to make oral warranties on behalf of Epoxy.com. In order to obtain replacement or refund the customer must provide written notice containing full details of the non-conformity. Epoxy.com reserves the right to inspect the non-conforming material prior to replacement.
